米国または国際郵便を利用して、麻生太郎氏の事務所に「真実を突きつける」内容の書簡や、思いつきを記したメモを送付しました。私が送ったメモの内容は、日本の総理大臣には伏せられていました。麻生氏が総理大臣に対して秘密にしていた事柄が、両者の間の対立の原因となったか、あるいは今後対立を引き起こす可能性があります。「米国における『ネズミ』をめぐる事態について、麻生氏があなた（総理大臣）に何か話すかどうか、様子を見ている」と伝えるメールを、日本の総理大臣宛てに送信しました。
